Need help finding a place to rent?
Go to www.tnhousingsearch.org and you can search for places for FREE. Or call 1-877-428-8844. It’s a free call.
Place you rent damaged in the flood? You may be able to get some rent money back. Click HERE to find out more.
Before you sign a lease, find out about your rights as a renter. Your rights are different in some counties. Click HERE if you live in one of these counties: Davidson, Madison, Maury, Montgomery, Rutherford, Shelby, Sumner, Williamson or Wilson. If you live in one of the other disaster counties, click HERE.

- Filing life, medical and property insurance claims
- Dealing with home repair contracts and contractors
- Replacing missing or destroyed wills and other legal papers
- Dealing with bill collectors, rip-offs and being cheated
- Advice on foreclosure problems
- Advice on landlord/renter problems
